- Bible study meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00am. We are reading Immerse: Prophets together as a congregation.
- Sunday Worship Services are held at 10:00am, and are broadcast through KULP on 106.7 FM and 1390 AM.
- We Livestream the service through our Facebook page. (Note: we have recently had some technical issues with the sound and are working on them.)
St. John’s has updated our COVID protocols in light of the new CDC guidelines regarding the Delta variant of COVID-19. We request and highly encourage social distancing and facial coverings for everyone while inside the buildings. We will keep a section of the church seating available for those who need to maintain social distancing. As more members are attending in person, we strongly encourage everyone regardless of vaccination status to continue to wear a mask to help care for those who cannot be vaccinated. (Under the age of 12, those with medical conditions that prevent them from receiving a COVID vaccine.) Special services are recorded and hosted on the church website. You can listen to them at https://stjohns-wharton.org/sermons .
Communion is offered at the end of the service on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month.
For details on what we are doing to prevent the spread of COVID, and an overview of how we decide to hold in-person services or not, please see the menu on this page.
